Why I Built This App

I created Fishtank Journal for myself. As a hobbyist with multiple tanks, I needed a better way to track everything without typing lengthy notes while my hands were wet or dirty.

My previous system (shown here) worked but wasn't searchable or organized. I wanted something that would let me quickly capture information and find it later, without interrupting my tank maintenance flow.

This app is the solution I wish I had from day one - simple, fast, and designed specifically for the way I manage my tanks.

Since I made this app for myself and I only have iPhone, it's iOS only for now. I know how to make equally beautiful apps for Android. But let's see how iPhone owning fishkeepers receive the app first.
